What's included in your hourly rate?
Development, code review, deployment support, and communication in your tools (Slack, ClickUp, GitHub, etc.). Discovery and project management for fixed-scope work are included in the quoted project price.
How do you handle scope changes?
Retainers and sprints prioritize your backlog within the agreed capacity. Fixed projects use a change-order process — we document impact on timeline and cost before proceeding.
How do I cancel a retainer?
Retainers are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 14 days notice before your next billing cycle. No long-term lock-ins.
