Common founder questions
What stage are most of your founder clients at?
Live with users, or close to launch. We're most useful once there's a product to fix, finish or build on.
What if my idea isn't fully formed yet?
We're a better fit once there's a product or a clear spec. If you're earlier than that, a 15-minute call will tell us both.
Can you work with our existing codebase?
Usually yes. We've worked in codebases we didn't write since 2019, including ones that needed rescuing first. If something is beyond repair we'll say so before taking your money.
Do you take equity?
No. Every engagement is fixed price.
Can you help us hire engineers later?
Everything we build is documented and handed over, so a future hire can pick it up without us.
